- Develop a strong understanding of the functions, uses and requirements for expansion of the current ARMS and Modernization Effort
- Identifying and documenting current and state process workflows
- Developing documents such as: Business objects inventory list Reports, email notifications and Forms List, Email Notifications/Letters Inventory List, User Stories, Permission Matrix, Wireframes
- Gather and document business requirements suitable for procurement documentation
- Additional development of documents may include but is not limited to entity relationship diagrams, data dictionaries, system context diagrams
- Assisting in performing functional and integrated testing
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation and artifacts including analysis, reports and user documentation
- Working with project manager, developers, and end-users to ensure application designs meet business requirements
- Providing UAT support, including developing test scenarios and cases using DHHS methodology
- Supporting required system go-live activities
- Documenting gap analysis
- Track delivery and review/approval progress of each deliverable in accordance with approved Project Work Plan and RAM
- Attending PMO meetings
- Employee will perform other related work as required
- The employee will travel in the local Raleigh area to attend meetings
- 7 Years of Extensive knowledge of business system analysis techniques and testing methodologies
- 7 Years of Demonstrated experience in gathering business requirements and development of business rules and process flow.
- 7 Years of Proven experience with business process design, definition and/or re-design.
- 7 Years of Experience with Business Analysis methodologies and problem solving
- 7 Years of Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Visio) Microsoft Project
- 7 Years of Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- 5 Years of Experience in development of procurement related documents including RFP and evaluation criteria.
- 7 Years of Demonstrable analytical skills and an attention to detail.
- 7 Years of Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills Proactive, quality oriented, with demonstrated leadership and team building skills.
- 5 Years of Experience working for State government
- 3 Years of Ageing Resource Management experience
- 5 Years of Knowledge Creating Context Diagram and Functional decomposition
- 5 Years of Demonstrated experience with both waterfall and agile projects
- 3 Years’ experience in working in an environment that is driving toward agile transformation while continuing to operate within a mature waterfall structure
- 4 Years of Experience with Jira, SharePoint, Octane, ALM and other tools
- 3 Years of Experience with software implementation projects and with Cloud technologies
