Broadview Communities is looking for competent help that will do the following recurring jobs:
- receive, print, post, and provide delivery proof of landlord to tenant Demand for Rent Payment Notices monthly
- coordinate the delivery of documents to local agencies, government offices, etc.
- meet customers at homes for sale to provide access to the home and secure home after viewing
This is a contractor role and compensation will be variable, but we are fair and willing to reward hard work.
