The DMV Title Agent is responsible for:
Providing tags, tax collection, and titling services to NC customers
Navigating the state's computerized system to enter and research vehicle transactions and resolve vehicle issues by
interpreting related documents according to state statutes
Must be trustworthy and proficient in collecting payments via different methods
Providing quality customer service
Have NC Notary Public Certification
Ability to pay attention to detail
Ability to work closely with a small team in a fast-paced environment
Be available Mon - Fri, daytime hours/no weekends
