Clayton Commercial Glazing is one of the leading exterior building facade contractors in the Central/Eastern NC region. We specialize in exterior glass and aluminum systems including storefront, curtain wall, window wall, and ACM panels. We have an immediate need for the right candidate to fill a project manager position.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Generate new and/or build upon established local general contractor relationships.
-Manage budgets throughout the project process from material procurement, logistics planning, to job manpower while maintaining an efficient schedule to deliver a complete project scope on time.
-Coordinate layout and manufacturing of the required glass and aluminum systems with project staff.
-Effectively communicate with the prime general contractor management team to ensure delivery of project scope on time and per specifications. This includes preparing or outsourcing submittal information, shop drawings, lead times, scheduling material procurement, and purchasing, scheduling labor force, and completely managing a project start to finish.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent construction experience preferred.
