We’re an established small business with 80 employees based in Chapel Hill / Durham. The operations are currently managed by the owners and we’re looking to add a COO role so that we can make more improvements and pursue new opportunities. Our main business are building/operating daycare centers and building/operating resorts.
We’re looking for candidates with experience in areas such as improving business processes, implementing/researching new technologies, project management, etc. Specific experience in the childcare or hospitality industry is not required.
