MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH QUICKBOOKS ENTERPRISE (MANUFACTURING)
We have a small company that runs everything from the corporate office except for manufacturing. Manufacturing is done by third parties. We need someone with the following experience and knowledge:
1) general accounting & Quickbooks setup
2) QB Enterprise (Manufacturing) experience
3) can set up materials and inventory assemblies, properly coded (we only have 1 product in 3 configurations with 6 materials each)
4) experience with multiple third party manufacturers (currently have 2 manufacturers with different rates)
This project is very small and will likely only take 4-6 hours. Maybe less. I will pay $200 for the job whether it takes 6 hours or 2. If for some reason we need you back we will negotiate an hourly rate for additional time.
This is not a "set it up for us", but an "instruct us while you look over our shoulder" type job.
