Job Overview: We are seeking an honest, reliable, competent, detail-oriented part-time office manager to oversee and manage essential financial and operational tasks within our office. Candidate must have lengthy experience with QuickBooks, handling payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable, inventory reconciliation, job costing with vendor and customer relationship management. This is a part-time, in-office role with a flexible schedule of 3-4 days per week.
