- Should have minimum 08 years of experience
- Focus on looking for a person with Agile vs. traditional waterfall background
- Someone who can manage the squads, Jira, backlogs coordination
- Knowing about various types of ETL processes. ETL 1, ETL 2, ETL 3.
- Understanding reference data, meta data, master data.
- Know about the various Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, RAD.
- Know about Agile squads.
- Financial domain experience is a must
- Coordination between onsite/offshore teams and department wide stakeholders
- Ownership of project plan and Ownership of delivery of all modules to be developed as part of the application
- Project reporting and issues/delivery escalation
- Working with business product owners for requirements and analysis related discussion. Should be able to understand business requirements and provide process solution
- Understanding of reference data and collaborate with data strategy team
- Experienced in onsite/offshore coordination and delivery management
- Experience in Content Management domain preferably in financial sector
- Exposure to technical frameworks, designs and SQL
