Customer Service Rep
Provide post sale service to address product questions, warranty claims, shipping issues, and all other concerns from customers
Communicate with customers in person, on phone and by email to resolve concerns in a timely manner
Work to broaden understanding of the kite, foil, and surf products and lessons in order to provide the best possible solutions for our customers
Work with team to achieve shared goals and to deliver 5-star service
