HomeTown Pest Control is looking for a professional and energetic individual to join our team. As a secretary, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced and fun environment. Excellent customer service is an absolute must for this position as you will be the first person most clients interact with when they call our office.
Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming inquiries on multiple lines
Schedule appointments with customers and ensure routes are for the month
Respond to customer needs, requests, and complaints
Accounts receivable and collections
Monitoring and responding to emails
Filing
Data Entry
Qualifications:
Computer Skills
Must have inside sales and experience closing over the phone
Be a team player
Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
Extremely personable and comfortable interacting with clients and the public
Strong organizational skills
The ideal candidate should have a history of job longevity and will be required to present strong references and work background.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pass a background check and drug screening
