Seeking a Hands-On Production / Project Supervisor position
The Role of this candidate will work very closely with or side by side with management to oversee all aspects of the shop
Must be able to work in a highly paced environment
Standing or walking, lifting or bending are physical requirements that are an essential function to this role
Candidate must be proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office - create reports, ledgers, graphs, spreadsheets and potential videos or documentaries
Candidate must be proficient in Ordering and Conscientious of cost to the Company - supplies, parts, materials, other things as needed
Candidate must be Detailed-oriented, Calendar-driven, a Multi-tasker and a Strategic Thinker
Candidate must be Well-organized in Time and Task Management
Candidate must be able to Manage a Team or Group of Cross-functional Employees
Candidate must be Hands-on, Adapt to changing needs, have Professional Communication skills and work well in a group setting
Candidate must be willing to learn the trades of the production - wood-working, building cabinets, laminating and other
Candidate must be flexible in their scheduling - after hours, weekends
Qualifications/ Experience:
Minimum 3+ Years experience in all the above
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Individual must possess the ability to work as a Team in a high-paced environment, as well as work independently on projects, tasks or assignments
Candidate must maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times
Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently
Problem Solving / Conflict Resolution
Effective communication skills within a group setting
