What You’ll Do:
Daytime Prep Work: Manage food preparation, inventory, and kitchen readiness for dinner service.
Lead Dinner Service: Oversee the team during evening hours to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
Ordering & Inventory: Handle supply orders to ensure fresh, top-quality ingredients.
Maintain Cleanliness: Enforce the highest standards of sanitation and food safety in the kitchen.
Fast-Paced Line Cooking: Step in to assist on the line during peak hours to maintain speed and consistency.
Team Supervision: Train and lead kitchen staff, creating a collaborative and productive environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Experienced Manager: At least 3 years of proven kitchen management experience, ideally in a high-volume or seafood-focused setting.
Serve Safe Certified: Certification required to uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
Organized & Efficient: Capable of balancing prep work, inventory management, and dinner service demands.
Creativity: Bring your culinary creativity to life by crafting seasonal specials that showcase the freshest seafood and flavors of the Outer Banks
Hands-On Leader: Willing to jump in and lead by example during service.
Detail-Oriented: Dedicated to maintaining the quality and consistency our customers expect.
Adaptable Team Player: Ability to work well under pressure while fostering a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.
