Qualifications:
Growing linen rental company is looking for a customer service specialist. You should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize your work using a computer and office equipment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Employee will be responsible for general office duties
- Answer inbound calls
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
- Resolve customer inquiries consistent with company goals and standards
- Greet customers professionally
- Maintain accurate customer information
- Responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with managing social media account, including creating and implementing social media strategies, optimizing social media presence, producing engaging content and thoughtful interactions with other accounts
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Pay will be based on experience, starting $15/hour
Weekly day range:
Monday to Friday 9-5 (off season)
Weekends are required in the busy season months
