Real Estate company is seeking a full-time handyman to do repair/maintenance on our homes. The qualified applicant must be hardworking, a jack of all trades with a unique talent for performing all kinds of repair and maintenance (plumbing, minor electrical, decks, flooring, sheet rock, siding, roofing, etc.). Must present a friendly approach and have a keen eye for detail. Must be honest, trustworthy and dependable. Must have valid drivers license, reliable vehicle and provide your own basic tools. We are NOT looking for businesses- we are seeking one to two individuals only.
Pay is based on experience $10-15 /hr to start with room for growth. We work an average of 40-50 hours a week. Please email me with your resume, references and a phone number. If no resume, please send list of relevant work experience and hourly wage desired.
