Our business is growing fast and we’re seeking a talented independent Agency Coordinator/Manager to help maintain the momentum in the Jacksonville, NC area. This position includes looking for new prospects, meeting with current customers, and coaching a small, highly motivated team of Independent Agents. Combined Insurance, a CHUBB Company, has been a leader in the voluntary benefits industry for nearly 100 years. In this role, you’ll be asked to:
-Grow individual and group sales as well as personal and team sales
-Build lasting Customer relationships and grow your team’s book of business
-Conduct sales presentations to new and current customers
-Support new agents with in the field training and help them hit their benchmarks - we will train you on this
-Plan meetings with your team to educate, develop and motivate them
We’re seeking leaders with at least 1-year of experience preferred, but not required. You must be extremely motivated, have strong ethics and a burning desire to see others succeed. You need a NC Life and Accident and Health license, as well or be willing to obtain the two licenses.
