Multi-Million Dollar Real Estate Investment Firm seeks a full-time Executive Assistant to join our team. The qualified candidate will be responsible for staying in close contact with our customers, working directly with the company's owner, and having an excellent working knowledge of our programs. No real estate license is required. We seek someone highly motivated, who can follow directions, is willing to learn, and can “think outside the box." We need a rock star!

THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION

Consistent and prompt communication is crucial to your success and ours!

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

creating and following up with leads

entering all lead info into CRM

becoming familiar with our programs and explaining them to our clients,

writing creative ads,

showing properties, managing rental properties, gathering all necessary documents from applicants and organizing the documents in the cloud, creating flyers

admin work,

posting signage, updating/creating websites and squeeze pages, bookkeeping

updating and reconciling QuickBooks along with other bookkeeping and other assorted tasks.

Ideal candidates will possess Excellent phone/communication skills, Patience, the Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects, Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, Ability to maintain confidentiality

Flexible ability to "roll with the punches" and help out where/when needed!

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Positive "can do" attitude and sense of humor

Superior ad writing skills Real Estate knowledge helpful Professional marketing/advertising experience Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Creative problem-solving skills Strong writing/proofing, organization, and communication skills (verbal and written)

We are located in Havelock and Swansboro, so please keep this in mind when applying. Hours are M-F, 9-5, with some flexibility possible. Pay is hourly, plus amazing bonuses To be considered, please reply with your resume showing relevant work experience.
