Your scheduled day will work. I'm retired so any day is good, but it must be a dry day 10-4.
I hurt my knee so that moving about is kinda tough.
I'd rather sit on the porch and watch you do it.
I need someone to do the things around here that have become too tough for me, due to repeated up and down movements.
Not asking you to do anything that me at 70 yrs old did not do by myself last year.
Sample work would be stuff such as the following
Pick up branches that have fallen during winter then rake lawn.
Cut small lawn front and back.
Pull/cut vines from garden spots.
Sweep pine needles off the roof.
Clear narrow paths of brush and leaves.
Use siding cleaner mixture and hose and a long-handled brush to clean outside of trailer.
Help with remodeling such as removing short sections skirting to string wire from one end to another.
Use 3/8 electric drill to bore holes, remove and replace indoor panels to enable new wires and outlets.
Move refrigerator 6 feet from wall to access panel to remove.
Mount new outlets using a screwdriver, I will show you proper way to wire outlets and switches if needed.
Help test new electric circuits.
Wash windows.
Wash and wax car, vacuum interior, change car and motorcycle oil I'll show you how if you don't know.
Help with general repair such as new elements for tankless water heater. I'll teach if required.
I am expecting steady (not rapid) paced work, with very little goofing off during the 6 hours.
I might be looking over your shoulder or working alongside you much of the time.
