Hobby shop in Jacksonville is looking to take on another team member to help rally together during busy times and share the tasks during slower times. We value friendliness and fast learning as our job is ever-changing.
What you want to know -
Pay starts at $8 an hour and can raise over your employment. It’s not much and we try not to make you work as though it was.
Your days off will likely be Monday and Tuesday. Work hours are 3-10 or noon-8.
Expect to be scheduled between 25-35 hours a week. Pay is bi-weekly.
Must wear a work shirt, several provided after training. Hair, make up, tattoos, etc. can all go wild.
What is expected -
People skills! 80% of your job will be helping customers!
Standing a majority of your work shift to help customers. Sitting is fine when nobody needs assistance and cleaning is done.
Cleaning of all areas specified on a daily and weekly task sheet.
Ability to lift and carry at least 50lbs around without problem.
Did I mention people skills? Being friendly and likable is a huge part of this job. Would literally take a warm heart and kind smile over a Harvard grad with sass.

4. On a scale of 1-10 (10 being outstanding) how would you rate your English skills?
5. By what pronouns do you prefer to be addressed?
6. In the event of a convention, can you leave town for a week at a time without worry of at home obligations?
7. How familiar are you with social media and streaming such as Facebook, Instagram, Discord, and Twitch?
