Shift has a 10-year track record of solving complex problems for Australian businesses.As the Head of Credit, you will be responsible for the effective leadership and day-to-day management of the Credit team. In this role, you will oversee the assessment and ongoing review of the loan portfolio, supporting the Corporate Credit team as part of the annual review process for cash flow lending.You will also have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging data analytics and technology to enhance credit decisioning and loss mitigation strategies.Your expertise will play a critical role in shaping our risk management approach and elevating the customer experience—contributing directly to Shift’s continued success
