Job Description

We have a new role for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Global HR team based at our HQ's in North Olmsted. This key Coordinator role leads a wide range of Human Resources administrative activities in collaboration with our department to support the employment lifecycle of associates – including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HRIS and other critical HR functions.

BASIC JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Executes the processes and activities at global headquarters that support the entire employee lifecycle from pre-hire to post termination.
  • Responds to new hire and general human resource inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Works collaboratively to efficiently execute assigned programs/plans, including but not limited to, new hire onboarding, benefit administration, employee events, reimbursements. Provides back up support to other HR administrative duties.
  • Maintains and updates various systems for data entry record keeping, audit of data accuracy and/or reporting, including accounting (SAP), HRIS (Workday), Applicant Tracking system (Smart Recruiters), and Learning Management system (Inspired).
  • Understand and comply with applicable laws, regulations, and policies to complete assigned responsibilities. Identify and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably Human Resources related
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Proven ability to deal with highly confidential data
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in dealing with all levels within the organization, including senior executives
  • Track record of high accuracy, handling multiple detailed tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service skill
