Production Manager

In this role, you will lead the Recycling Facility’s Operations team. You will be responsible for working directly with the front line leaders and support teams to ensure production goals are achieved. You will be instrumental in developing strong teams that foster positive associate relations.YOUR ROLE: Provide leadership and oversight for the Recycling center teamsManage and train production associates to follow all safety, quality and production proceduresGuide front line leaders in developing leadership skills to ensure that our core values are enhanced through effective communication and leadership strategiesDevelop manufacturing strategies & development plans supporting growth initiatives along with corporate goalsResponsible for department Environmental, Health and Safety initiativesLead efforts to enhance production, quality, and safety initiativesManage and coordinate operations in implementing metrics, process improvements and organizational changes to drive continuous improvement; set standards that are measured, monitored and achieved/exceededExecute on lean manufacturing processes driving a continuous improvement culture·
