Grounds Person

Our Grounds person will be responsible for keeping the facilities and grounds of the company clean and safe. The primary duties include cleaning dirt and debris, removing trash, and carrying out ground maintenance.As a Grounds Person, you will: Operate a pickup truck and/or a golf cart as part of daily workEmpty all trash cans at pools, three-story buildings, and team member parking lots as neededDispose of grease and cooking oil in proper containersPick up trash from curbs on the property and surrounding areas up to the highwaySweep curbs and sidewalksClean grounds and remove litterEmpty trash cans in public area buildingsEmpty dumpstersOperate trash compactorEmpty recycle binsBreak down cardboard items and place them in appropriate containersLeave the work area in a clean, neat, and safe conditionTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
