The LPN Unit Manager ensures the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient/family and employee satisfaction.QualificationsMust be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a1). Associate Degree in Nursing, 3 years of nursing experience.2.) Diploma, 3 years of nursing experience.3).
