You will work closely with high-profile clients, leveraging Lenovo's comprehensive product and service portfolio to meet their needs and drive business growth. This role requires a consultative selling approach, a deep understanding of client business processes, and navigating complex sales cycles.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:

Develop solid and long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within assigned global accounts.

Serve as clients' primary point of contact, addressing their needs and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, marketing, and service delivery, to develop tailored solutions for clients.

Consultative Selling:

Understand clients' business challenges and objectives, providing consultative advice and proposing effective solutions.

Present Lenovo’s product and service offerings in a compelling manner, demonstrating value and ROI.

Market and Industry Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.

Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Account Management:

Monitor account performance, ensuring alignment with contractual agreements and service level expectations.

Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss performance, opportunities for improvement, and plans.

Build, present, and execute on Account Plan Reviews (APR)

Reporting and Forecasting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status, sales activities, and market conditions to senior management.

Basic Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, MBA or equivalent experience required.

Ability to travel more than 50% of the time.

10+ years of sales experience

Preferred qualifications

Proven track record of successful sales

Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements.

Proven ability to grow a business with a global organization as a client.

Excellent presentation skills and executive presence
