This position requires deep procurement sourcing and buying experience in indirect commodities and/or categories, plus experience working with senior global business partners, senior stakeholders and board of directors. Expertise in Professional Services Categories (consulting, Financial services, HR), Board of directors spend, IT&Telecom, HQ corporate indirect spend.Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities :

Manage Indirect spend at Corporate HQ level and support Business Segment

Lead the Source to Pay process and guarantee compliance with company policies and procedures

Consolidate and represent an adding value in the relationship with senior key stakeholders at HQ

Work with category manager for guarantee appropriate involvement in HQ spend management

Support the development of program targets and subsequent sourcing status

Support WSS business segment for Indirect spend and support S2P process

Identify savings and optimization opportunities at HQ and WSS segment level

Negotiate year-over-year cost reductions and multi-year pricing agreements in accordance with category managers

Build positive relationships with the supply base by:

acting like a partner

trusting and being trustworthy

communicating with consistency

being fact based

thinking value not just price

Senior stakeholders management and presentation

Accountability of overall categories KPI’s for HQ

Build positive relationships and represents Procurement with cross-functional business partners

Manage relationships with suppliers

Monitor financial health of supply base and address risks

Progressive category management leadership responsibilities

Quickly establish credibility and engage and influence others to ensure the most effective and efficient solutions are implemented

Working actively on S2P and ERP implementation project

Contract management and sourcing process with S2P platform

Actively contribute to Category strategy definition with Category Managers

Minimum Qualifications:

Commercial business acumen

Bachelor Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline (Master’s Degree preferred)

7-10 years of experience in sourcing and negotiating with suppliers/service providers and delivering annual cost reductions

3-5 years of project management experience required

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills to collaborate with a global team

5 years of experience in supporting and coordinating cross-functional teams (e.g. Operations, Finance, Legal, etc.)

Experience working with Global Business partners in global regions (EMEA, Americas, APAC)

Expertise in Marcom (Marketing and Communication)

History of progressive leadership responsibilities

Ability to quickly establish credibility across the organization and to engage and influence others to ensure the most effective and efficient solutions are implemented

Competencies

Purchasing policies and processes and systems (ERP SAP, S2P platforms)

Professional Services (including Consulting, Marcom, HR, Legal Services), HQ spend category knowledge

Financial statement analysis

Lean manufacturing knowledge

Advanced negotiation skills

Cost Driver Estimating analysis

Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities

Category/commodity cost driver knowledge

Advanced procurement strategy development knowledge
