Description We are seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team in the Sales industry based in Morrisville, North Carolina. As a Sales Assistant, your role will involve handling customer queries, promoting our products and services, and maintaining our customer service framework. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer requests professionally, ensuring resolutions are provided in a timely manner. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explaining the features and benefits of our products/services and promoting special offers. Prioritize and manage customer service inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media. Understand customer’s needs effectively to facilitate successful sales. Expand and maintain our client database within our customer service framework. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries adequately. Assist with different product campaigns as needed. Uphold high customer service standards, aiming to maintain long-term relationships with our customers. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Document call information according to standard operating procedures. Requirements Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites for daily tasks and communication Experience in using Microsoft Outlook for email communication and scheduling Good knowledge of Microsoft Word for document creation and editing Familiarity with 'About Time' software for efficient project management Experience in handling Cash Activity and Closing Processes in a sales environment Ability to handle customer Complaints professionally and effectively Experience in communicating and negotiating with C-Suite executives.
