Job DescriptionCollaborate with business team to collect and document detailed business requirements.Implement new features in a highly collaborative environment with product managers, UI/UX specialists, and software engineers.Work closely with Scrum Master, Product owner, and global delivery teams to be a key contributor to Project releases and sprint payloads.Collaborate multi-functionally with other IT teams to implement a coordinated digital experience.Participate in the end-to-end software development lifecycle, adhering to the defined processes, and implementing solutions that support business needs.Conduct solution reviews, user demos and walkthroughs with the business partners and engineering teams.Deliver training and support to business users.Skills and RequirementsYou are a team member who should be able to think creatively to find the efficient solution to problems and always be ready to learn modern technology, tools, and processes. A self-starter, who can work independently with outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Minimum QualificationsMinimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role within an IT or relevant business departmentBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.Proven experience in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements.Process and systems background with knowledge and experience in agile project methodologies Familiar with requirements tracking, backlog grooming, requirements prioritization processes across IT/Business partners.Communicate effectively with both IT and Business team members.Have strong exposure to SaaS and HaaS business models nullWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
