The Jr. KAM will assist in executing strategic plans, tracking performance, resolving client issues, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. This role is ideal for candidates looking to grow in B2B sales and client relationship management.Key Responsibilities:Assist in managing day-to-day operations for key accounts.Support senior account managers with strategic account planning.Coordinate internal resources to meet client expectations and delivery timelines.Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and analyze account metrics.Respond to client queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Participate in client meetings and presentations.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within assigned accounts.Help identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system.
