Responsiblematerial flow to extruders
Removesmaterialjams
Performs housekeeping to keep the raw materialand extrusionareasclean.
Monitors machine operations to ensure material flows properly
Detects defects or machine malfunctions and makes minor adjustments as needed
Troubleshoots basicmachineproblems
Follows all Companyestablishedrules and policies
Completes paperwork accurately andin a timely manner
Other duties may be assigned
QualificationsQualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
Must have basic math skills
Minimum (2) two years of experience sit down. Preferred (1) one year stand-up (reach truck) experience.
Must be able to work 30’ off the ground
Must have good communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with people at all levels within the organization
Must have the ability to lift 50 - 75 lbs occasionally as job demands
Must have ability to work standing or walking, in a hot environment, for 12 hours with appropriate breaks.
