This role will be a contributor to various projects throughout the plant and gain relevant knowledge to processes and procedures in a manufacturing environment.Job Responsibilities:

Learn and understand different manufacturing methods and processes

Evaluate current processes and make recommendations for improvement based on our guiding principles of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Performance.

Present and communicate information to peers and management

Lead or support Kaizen activities

Lead or support standardization initiatives

Interface with other internal groups or organizations

Job Qualifications:

Must be currently pursuing either a bachelor’s or master’s degree in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or mechanical engineering

Basic CAD/CAM software skills

Leadership skills

Teamwork skills

Problem-solving skills

Good information technology skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work in a team environment and take initiative
