As the HR Manager for Larson at our Mocksville location you will be responsible for providing strategic and executional leadership support in all areas of HR. You will partner with plant leadership to execute HR strategies in designated Operations functions, serve as a consultant on HR policies and procedures as well as act as an employee champion and change agent. You will also lead and manage the HR team at Mocksville and formulate partnerships across the FBIN HR function to deliver value added services that help drive decision making within the organization.This is an on-site role reporting into our Mocksville site 5 days a week. Responsibilities:Assume ownership of the short-term and delivery of the long-term Human Resources (HR) strategies for designated Operations functions; serve as a champion for the unique employees’ needs in each business.Establish partnerships with designated Operations functions by serving as an active and contributing member on leadership teams.Serve as the primary Operations liaison for all HR functions by consulting with employees and leadership on all HR matters. Partner with Employee Relations and Legal (as necessary) on complex employee issue resolution.Collaborate with Human Resources Leadership to provide meaningful analytics to influence and drive informed decision making in support of all Operations and support functions.Manage performance management, development planning and staffing of direct reports as well as provide critical partnership to business leadership in the same areas.Drive a culture of appreciation and help site be an employer of choice in the community.Provide strategic and tactical HR support including:Performance managementTalent ManagementOrganization Effectiveness and DesignManaging and facilitating HR policies and programsServing as business partner and coach to Plant LeadershipLeading talent review discussions, succession planning and facilitating changeDriving staffing strategies and placements Supporting talent acquisition, development and retention effortsEnsuring compliance with HR laws and regulationsChange Management Process to continue to support our Journey To One efforts
