Payroll Administrator

Description We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our Textile Manufacturing team located in Mebane, North Carolina. This role involves the management of our payroll system and customer accounts, alongside other administrative duties. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Oversee the processing of customer credit applications in a precise and timely manner Maintain and update customer credit records consistently Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services to perform daily tasks Familiarize with and use ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian for payroll administration Generate reports using Crystal Reports to aid with auditing and accounting functions Administer 401k - RRSP Administration and related Benefit Functions Utilize 'About Time' software for effective time management and productivity Perform regular auditing of customer accounts to ensure accuracy Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
