- Coaches improvement project team members on the improvement process and corresponding quality tools
- Mentors project team members regarding Lean culture and infrastructure
- Identifies and propagates Best Practices; evaluate solutions and implementation plans
- Prepares and presents findings/proposals to senior leadership with recommendations, including cost benefit analysis, risk mitigation, and action plans
- Leads and manages improvement projects as assigned
- Analyzes processes to develop and implement best methods and practices in an office environment
- Directs strategic projects and activities targeting the elimination of waste. Drives improvements in the flow of value-added operations and processes.
- Responsible for working closely with business owners to achieve process performance standards and productivity targets, incorporating the Voice of the Customer.
- Makes regular reports to management on improvement project progress, barriers and issues.
