We’re part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states—and growing.We are hiring an energetic, outgoing Hospitality Associate I to partner with our Resident Services Team to provide personalized service and hospitality that exceeds expectations! The Hospitality Associate is responsible for greeting all residents, staff, and visitors in a warm, confident and knowledgeable manner.How you will make an impact:

Handling all inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

Building strong rapport through positive, professional relationships with residents and visitors.

Listening to complaints and communicating a willingness to own, drive and resolve issues.

Interacting seamlessly with other department staff to communicate information.

Monitoring Emergency/Non-Emergency systems and appropriately dispatching to other departments.

Compensation: commensurate with experience starting at $14.00/hourly

What you will need:

High school diploma or GED required.

Computer proficiency required.

Previous experience with the general public, specifically the senior population preferred.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
