HR Recruiting Internship

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to assist with manufacturing and production recruiting efforts during the summer and fall. This position offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR best practices in a fast-paced industrial environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for production and manufacturing roles.Support recruitment efforts by conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews and assistance with coordinating hiring events.Help with onboarding new hires, including documentation and orientation.Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure candidate information is up to date.Participate in HR administrative tasks, such as updating job descriptions and organizing employee files.Collaborate with HR staff to enhance hiring strategies and employer branding.Provide general support to HR team as needed.
