Work collaboratively with our hiring leads to provide recruitment support for our operational and professional job vacancies.Maintain a pipeline of mining applicants as we ramp-up gold production in 2025.Partner with supervisors to identify internal and external candidates for experienced operational & professional mining vacancies.Proactively source candidates through networking, LinkedIn, and Facebook Campaigns.Talent Community managementLead talent pathways and partnerships.Uplift employer brandingSupport the end-to-end recruitment process for operational and professional vacancies, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring teams.Deliver a high-quality onboarding process to all successful applicants, working closely with the wider People & Culture team.Identify opportunities for the continuous improvement of the recruitment process.
