Description Job Description:As a Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Processing a high volume of invoices promptly and accurately.
Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any discrepancies.
Assisting with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
Communicating effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues.
Providing general support to the Accounts Payable team as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounts payable or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
Additional Information:
This is a temporary position with the potential for extension based on business needs.
