Missions:Responsible for developing and maintaining relevant relationships with stakeholders in the projects channel, primarily in the Commercial Building Solutions (CBS) Hotels and Resorts (Hospitality), and Vertical Residential market segment (Architects, Interior Designers, Consulting Engineers, Façade Engineers, Sustainability Consultants, Developers, Somfy Industrial and Project Partners etc.)Use a solution selling approach to increase awareness of Automation and the Somfy brand in the target segmentResponsible for building a pipeline and converting to sales, of relevant projects ensuring Somfy automation is specifiedActivities:Builds up database and knowledge about projects, construction industry and key playersEnsures relevant Somfy solutions are specified and converted into sales for meeting targetsDevelops a long-term approach for influencing and engaging with main stakeholdersManagement: Secures end-to-end specified projects deliveriesClose cooperation with industrial channel team to drive Key Accounts project sales
