Description Robert Half is partnering with a client in need of a contract to hire title clerk. The ideal candidate will have previous DMV or Dealership experience and be familiar with titles.Responsibilities:
Process vehicle titles accurately and efficiently according to state regulations and dealership procedures.
Verify and review all required documents for completeness and accuracy.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and government agencies regarding title-related matters.
Maintain organized records of all title transactions and documentation.
Assist with resolving any title-related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
Stay updated on DMV regulations and industry best practices related to title processing.
Requirements
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a DMV or Dealership environment preferred.
Familiarity with title processing procedures and documentation.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry software.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in related fields is a plus.
