Credit Analyst

Description We are offering an opportunity for a Credit Analyst in Huntersville, North Carolina, United States. This role is in the finance industry and presents a contract to permanent employment opportunity. The Credit Analyst will be tasked with the crucial job of processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving any customer inquiries. Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer credit records Resolve any inquiries or issues raised by customers Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions Utilize Oracle and other systems to manage accounts receivable processes Ensure effective communication with customers through phone and email Participate in collection processes and strategies Assist in maintaining strong customer service presence.
