Job Description
Support Human Resource department processes and programs such as recruiting, on-boarding, as well as other back office processes. Provide counseling to associates and managers on maneuvering in these processes while elevating issues to proper level of management when necessary.
- Process associate changes/moves. Responsible for submitting tickets for HR actions and organization maintenance to HRIS team. All submission must be accurate and thorough.
- Partner with the recruiting team to submit requisitions and schedule interviews. Responsible for new hire background checks/drug screen processes as well as managing collection of all new hire paperwork, submittal for processing and reporting status of process.
- Responsible for purchase, tracking, and expensing department supplies.
- Support internal HR annual processes.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required. Associate’s Degree in HR, Business Admin or related field preferred.
- APHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP certification helpful.
- Bilingual- English/Spanish helpful in this role.
- Demonstrated awareness and understanding of US employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with benefit, salary and performance administration.
- Must be detail oriented and have the ability to self-regulate time/projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and HRIS system (preferably SAP) experience
