Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in High Point, North Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and recording transactions, updating customer accounts, handling billing issues, and utilizing various financial software. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications and maintain detailed records Handle account reconciliation tasks to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance Conduct billing procedures, including preparing invoices and issuing them to customers Process cash applications to ensure all cash receipts are applied properly Conduct collection processes if necessary to ensure timely payments Utilize financial software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting operations Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes Handle commercial collections operations, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payment issues Monitor customer accounts and report any irregularities or discrepancies.
