Smurfit Westrock is looking for quality individuals to join our Production team at our facility in Conover, NC. We are interviewing for the following position:
FINISHING SPECIALIST
Potential to earn up to $32/hour — pay varies by role and experience
Schedule: 7pm-7am
o 4 days on, 4 days off
Summary:
Responsible for supplying loads to feeder and keeping all materials (chemicals, inks, skids, tools) to and from the presses in order to keep the presses running. Maintain housekeeping and 5S to standards set by management. Support the purpose of the team by participating in initiatives and activities, and attending all meetings scheduled during shift. Additional job duties as assigned by department manager.

What You Need to Succeed
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have at least 2 years of manufacturing experience
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must be proficient in English Speaking
Must be available to work night shift – 4 on 4 off schedule
Ability to lift, push or pull 50lbs, navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift
Ability to maintain housekeeping and 5S to standards set by management
