We are hiring Equipment operators for our operation in Statesville and Newton, NC.
In this role you will be trained and utilized in multiple farm operations locally. You can be home every evening and we offer flexibility in a few different farming operations. These operations include land clearing, tillage, harvesting operations, planting operations, spreading operations and spraying operations. We offer competitive compensation, health insurance, and other incentives.
We’re looking for you if you have:
Prior experience operating equipment and specifically construction, logging, and farm equipment
Ability to provide outstanding performance.
Work well independently as well as with a team.
What you will be doing:
Clearing land, logging, tillage, harvesting, spreading. Planting and spraying depending upon experience.
Keeping updated records as necessary.
Do daily inspections on equipment.
