Responsibilities:
Multi-tasking; preparing a variety of food with different methods of preparation.
Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or manager-on-duty.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have at least 1 year experience in a fast paced kitchen.
Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to lift 25lbs. and stand for the duration of a full shift.
Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers.
Previous culinary experience with events and banquets a plus.
