We are looking for a maintenance tech to join our team! We are looking for someone who has experience working at an apartment, condo, or housing complex. This is a property management company and we are under renovation so we are looking for someone that is skilled that can help with day to day tasks as well as large projects.
Job Requirements:
Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheet-rock repairs, basic HVAC, and make ready turns/rehabs
Able to identify, repair and complete property maintenance issues in a timely manner
Ability to prioritize work daily while communicating clearly with office staff
Superior customer service and positive attitude
Must have reliable transportation (this is non negotiable as our property is large and will require your car everyday), your own basic set of tools (we provide the big items), and be willing to undergo a background check and drug test.
Ability to be on a rotated on-call schedule (on call once a week, every 4 weeks) for nights, weekends, and holidays
