Looking for a well organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated personal assistant with office administration experience to work with 2 small local businesses that continue to grow.

Proficient and energetic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Be able to manage multiple schedules, comfortable talking with customers and team members and must think on their feet, devise solutions fast and remain professional no matter what. Must be able to multitask, problem solve, have a flexible schedule. .

Proficient in Quickbooks online

Proficient in office 365 products (word, excel, google sheets/docs)

Knowledgeable in social media and marketing

Very competitive rate of compensation

10-15 hrs per week (hours each week will vary depending on each individual contract)

Ideal for those that have another job and/or need supplemental wage

Must be able to work Thursdays

Remote as well as in office locations

1099 Independant Contractor

Applicants must have a clean background (a check will be run), own reliable transport with a valid drivers license.
