Maintains compliance with organization’s policies, as well as established practices, protocols, and procedures of the position, department, and applicable professional standards. Adheres to professional standards, hospital policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements, and TJC standards and/or standards from other accrediting bodies.Reports To:Human Resources DirectorResponsibilities of the PositionAssists in the day-to-day operations of the HR Department.Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulationsCompiling and updating employee recordsProviding clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executivesDeals with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulationsProcesses documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
