If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.General Core Responsibilities: Performs chemical titrations and bath analysis in the various stages of pre-treatment and electro coat systems. As well as physical tests Performs and Operates Waste Water Treatment according to permit parameters Perform Datapaq, voltage sub, ACT panels for SEM/CW Adds chemicals and paint to the systems as required to maintain the processes within required parameters Maintains the multi-stage pre-treatment, Electro coat, DI water and RO water systems within required operational parameters Dumps/Clean/Recharge tanks, and change filters as needed Maintains written and computer-based records of the operational performance of the systems (including Statistical Process Control) Maintains inventories of chemicals and test supplies Communicates with internal and external suppliers and customers, both verbally and with written reports General HousekeepingDesired Proficiencies: Troubleshooting Mathematics Ability to understand analytical laboratory reports, compare results, and perform process corrections as required Microsoft Office Excel and Outlook Ability to understand and perform verbal and written technical instructions Ability to write legibly and logically Knowledge of general safety practices Good mechanical aptitudeWe value your data privacy and therefore do not accept applications via mail.Who we are and what we believe inOur focus on Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity allows each of us the opportunity to bring our full authentic self to work and thrive by providing a safe and supportive environment, free of harassment and discrimination.
