So, how much should we make working leads? Here's 3 examples.
1st example: Making only 4 sales out of 20 FB (facebook) leads with each sale's premium being $60 per month with the agent being on the starter commission rate of 90%:
4 sales x $60 premium x 12 months x 90% commission rate x 60% advance = $1555.20 advance commissions. Our profit is $1555.20 - $600 (20 FB live transfers) = $955.20. And since we get a 60% advance we get the other 40% paid out on months 8-12 less any charge backs. And then we get life-time renewals starting on the 13th month! So we make $955.20 right up front, and then more starting months 8-12, and then even more in the form of renewals starting the 13th month. And the $600 lead charge is a nice tax deduction.
2nd example: Making only 3 sales out of 20 TM (telemarketing) leads with each sale's premium being $60 per month with the agent being on the starter commission rate of 90%:
3 sales x $60 premium x 12 months x 90% commissin rate x 60% advance = 1166.40 advance commissions. Our profit is $1166.40 - $400 (20 TM leads) = 766.40. And since we get a 60% advance we get the other 40% paid out on months 8-12 less any charge backs. And then we get life-time renewals starting on the 13th month! So we make $955.20 right up front, and then more starting months 8-12, and then even more in the form of renewals starting the 13th month. And the $400 lead charge is a nice tax deduction.
3rd example: Making only 6 sales out of 20 TV live transfers with each sale's premium being $60 per month with the agent being on the starter commission rate of 90%:
6 sales x $60 premium x 12 months x 90% commission rate x 60% advance = $2332.80 advance commissions. Our profit is $2332.80 - $1100 (20 live TV transfers) = $1232.80. And since we get a 60% advance we get the other 40% paid out on months 8-12 less any charge backs. And then we get life-time renewals starting on the 13th month! So we make $955.20 right up front, and then more starting months 8-12, and then even more in the form of renewals starting the 13th month. And the $1100 lead charge is a nice tax deduction.
So there you go. Just a very few sales per 20 leads (FB, TM or TV) can net you some immediate cashwith more cash coming down the road for these same sales.
